Return & Refund Policy

 

As we’re provinding print on demand service, We print the design of your choice and size that can’t useful for other customer so as the nature of business we are not currently providing return and refunds.

We stand by the quality of our products and want total customer sanctification. If you have any problems with your order quality please contact us within 2 days of receiving your shipment. If 2 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a exchange.

Once your order has already been placed or shipped, unfortunately changes cannot be made to it.

Any defects or errors on our part will result in a replacement at no charge. We do not accept returns due to user error such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, address, etc.

Please do not return an item to us prior to consulting with us. We do not have a storage facility, and if you return an item it will be returned to our fulfillment center.


To be eligible for a replacement, the following conditions must also be met:

– the purchased item is either defective or does not match the customer’s order, as evidenced by the customer by means of photo(s) or video(s);
– if the purchased item is defective, such defect must not have been caused by any misuse, abuse or accidental damage of the purchased item by the customer;
– the purchased item must be unused and must be in the same condition that the customer received it;
– the purchased item must be returned in the original packaging.


For the avoidance of doubt, the following reasons do not constitute valid return and/or refund reasons (non-exhaustive list):

– the customer ordered the item in a wrong size, colour and design;
– the customer no longer wants the item;
– the customer finds the same item elsewhere at a cheaper price.


Replacement (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged (we do not replace items due to user error such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc).If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@printsbit.com. We will provide individual instructions.


Shipping
To return your product for replacement, please contact us at info@printsbit.com with order number. We will provide individual instructions based on your item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
